Unfeed is built so that there is almost nothing about you for us to know. The short version: we don't collect your data, and we don't want to.
Unfeed is a filtered browser for social sites. When you open Instagram or TikTok inside Unfeed, your device connects directly to those platforms, and Unfeed's filters run entirely on your device to stop feeds, suggestions and ads from loading.
You sign in on the platform's own website. Your usernames and passwords go directly to Instagram or TikTok — they never pass through, and are never visible to, Unfeed or Greenbird. Sessions are stored by the system browser (WebKit) on your device, exactly as Safari would store them. Extra accounts each live in their own isolated session on your device, and deleting an account deletes its session data.
Unfeed keeps small local records so its own screens work: your filter settings, time spent per app, counts of hidden posts, and your onboarding answers — including the name you can optionally enter, which exists only to greet you. These never leave your device. There is no Unfeed account, no cloud sync, and no server of ours that receives your browsing.
No analytics SDKs. No trackers. No advertising identifiers. No selling of data — there is nothing to sell. We cannot see what you browse, what you send, or who you follow.
Unfeed Pro is billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Apple handles the payment and gives us no personal payment details.
Instagram and TikTok see your visit the way they see any browser visit, and their own privacy policies apply to your accounts and activity there. Unfeed reduces what they can show you; it does not change what they collect about your account activity on their services.
